  • daily dose of omega 3, try 1000 mg  epa and 500 mg DHA . should say molecularly distilled. Also take daily multivitamin and vitamin C 500 mg supplement 
  • Rumination- For the first week, start by  journaling your day, what you are doing, what you are thinking about and for how long.  The key is to be aware.
